Paju-Kaesong Ginseng Festival

The Paju Kaesong Ginseng Festival will feature a themed street based on the slogan “DMZ Kaesong Ginseng: Magic That Gives You Energy,” offering a variety of attractions, food, and entertainment. The “Fun” (Attractions) section will feature a variety of entertainment, including the National Jangdan-Sambaek Cuisine Competition with over 20 participating teams, busking and stage performances, and exhibition halls, along with an information booth for communication and outreach. The “Delicious” (Food) section operates direct-sale booths throughout the festival so that all visitors can purchase high-quality fresh ginseng, in line with the festival’s core purpose. The “Together” (Activities) section will feature free and paid hands-on programs suitable for all age groups, as well as a ginseng auction.
