Goheung Yuzu Festival

The Goheung Yuzu Festival is a premier fall festival held in pristine Goheung, South Korea’s largest yuzu-producing region. It’s a festival where you can fully experience with all five senses the rich flavor and refreshing charm of Goheung yuzu, grown under the warm sunshine and crisp sea breeze of the Namdo region. Set against the backdrop of vast yuzu orchards stretching out before you, the festival offers a range of experiences to delight all five senses—from making fragrant yuzu jam to relaxing in a yuzu spa and sampling special yuzu dishes found only in Goheung. When night falls, the fantastic nighttime illuminations blend with the yuzu-themed spaces to create a picture-perfect, romantic autumn night. More than just a festival celebrating local specialties, it is the perfect cultural and tourism festival for families, couples, and friends to stay and relax. In November, when the yuzu ripens to a golden yellow and the autumn atmosphere is at its peak, the festival promises to deliver the refreshing scent of yuzu and warm memories.
