Tteokbokki Festival

The 6th Tteokbokki Festival is Korea’s premier tteokbokki festival, hosted by Buk-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City. Held for three days from October 23 to 25, 2026, at Daegu iM Bank PARK, it has established itself as Daegu’s premier fall festival, attracting tens of thousands of visitors annually. This festival is a multifaceted cultural event that encompasses a food zone featuring famous tteokbokki restaurants from across the country and various food and beverage vendors, as well as performances, hands-on activities, and special events. Key programs include performances on the main stage, Tteokpe Night, the “Red Flavor” Lucky Draw, the “Wan-tteok Challenge” mission, an inbound tour tailored for Taiwanese tourists, and a post-event short-form video contest. The festival promotes K-food culture centered on tteokbokki and contributes to the revitalization of the local economy.
