2026 Korea Forestry Expo

The 2026 Korea Forest Expo, an event showcasing the value, policies, and industries of forests all in one place, will be held at Saengmyungnuri Park in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province. The expo will feature a Mountain Day commemoration ceremony and opening ceremony, as well as the Forest Youth Forum, the Forest Golden Bell quiz show, cultural and artistic performances, and music concerts. In particular, Cheongju’s largest-ever fireworks display will take place, adding to the expo’s main attractions. In addition, promotional and exhibition booths from forest-related organizations will be set up, along with hands-on programs such as woodworking, forest therapy, and houseplant care. Visitors can also explore forest-related exhibits, hands-on activities, and retail offerings through forest product sales booths and the North Chungcheong Craft Fair.
