About
In the fall, when Jeju’s natural beauty shines brightest, a special festival takes place along the Jeju Olle trails. Held every November, the Jeju Olle Walking Festival is a traveling festival that spans three days, during which participants walk the Jeju Olle trails while enjoying a variety of cultural and artistic performances, traditional games, village programs, and Jeju cuisine. Sometimes concerts are held against the backdrop of the sound of the waves, and at other times, traditional Jeju performances take place in the festival grounds; visitors can also enjoy culinary delights made with local agricultural and marine products that delight all five senses. Attracting approximately 10,000 Olle walkers each year, the Jeju Olle Walking Festival is evolving into a global walking festival, with the number of international participants from China, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada increasing year after year.
